The eyes and jaw play an underappreciated role in body posture and somatic dysfunction. In this course, we will explore their relationship to each other and the rest of the body. Evaluation and treatment will involve a multi-systemic approach to treat the eyes and explore how the mandible and swallowing also have an effect on the eyes, vision, and somatic dysfunction.

This course will cover various methods to influence the venous system, arteries, nerves, muscles, lymphatics, and fascia, related to the eyes and jaw and how they pertain to the rest of the body. Here are some things you’ll learn:

• Evaluating and treating not just the eyes and jaw, but their global effects throughout the body
• A concept and anatomy review
• A complete and detailed multi-systemic osteopathic treatment approach to the eyes
• A complete and detailed multi-systemic osteopathic treatment approach to the upper jaw, lower jaw, and tongue
• A more complete understanding of how they relate to each other and the somatic dysfunction they produce
